Obadare offers a complete range of coating solutions for all the industries we service, both on-site to meet our customers’ maintenance requirements, and off-site in our state-of-the-art facility. 

Our fully equipped facility features:

• Abrasive Blasting Booth: 20m long x 6m wide x 6m high
  (This booth has recycling and dust scrubbing systems to maximise the efficiency and quality of our process, and to nullify exhausts to atmosphere)
• 2 x Heated Paint Booths: 20m long x 6.5m wide x 6.5m high

In order to ensure the highest quality of service, Obadare utilises NACE, CBIP and ACA Certified Coating Inspectors who monitor our operations both on-site and within our blasting and painting facility.

Coating Inspection Reports include:

• Surface Preparation – Abrasive Blast Cleaning
• Coating System – Wet Film Thickness
• Coating System – Dry Film Thickness
• Climate Condition Details of Application
• Coating System Reports – including product and hardener batch numbers, thinners composition and batch numbers.
